Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase (for example: wrong size or different color).
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
- The wrong item was sent
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
If approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you, or a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
